Built with Canadian craftsmanship. All-aluminum frameless construction delivers the lowest tare weight available — so every trip to the pit, plant, or elevator carries more.
Key Performance Features
- All Aluminum — 6061-T6 & 5083 Alloy:Full alloy construction throughout. Stainless steel fasteners and high-polish finish standard on all components.
- Dura-Wall® Construction:Hollow core aluminum interlocking panels — stronger, lighter, and thinner than conventional sheet-and-post. Reduces long-term maintenance costs.
- Lower Tare Weight, More Payload:Every pound saved on the trailer is a pound you load. Maximizes legal payload on every run.
- Floor Options:1/4″ or 3/8″ floor sheet, or a combination. Z-rail extruded for full-weld integration. All components 6061 T-6 alloy.
- Axles — SPIF Compliant:Hendrickson Intraxx 25k or 30k. 2–7 axles pending application and region. Safe, productive, and infrastructure-friendly.
- Box Sizing:28’–40′ lengths · 96″ box / 102″ suspension width · 48″–84″ wall height.

- Wall Profile:Straight, wedge, or sloped wall options. Optional shedder on top rail.
- Frame:Aluminum (6061-T6 18″ extruded I-beam) or steel frame. Jost or Holland landing gear.

- Tailgate:Standard top hinge or over-slung. 2-way swing gate option.
