After months of planning, engineering and manufacturing, we are thrilled to announce the release of our newest product: our first ever BWS Live Bottom Trailer! The decision to create our own version of this aggregate-transporting product arose from our customers’ needs, first and foremost. Developed with the construction industry in mind, our 48 foot Live Bottom comes packed with features to increase productivity with each load – a valuable tool for businesses looking to save time and money.
Arguably the most important factor in this model’s efficiency is its high-speed conveyor belt. Utilizing a 4” roller chain, the belt system will provide optimum operation life and minimize maintenance costs. Uniquely, this chain is reversible unlike the pintle chain versions used by our competitors in the market place today! Our engineers and product specialists have spent tireless hours perfecting the functions of this trailer to provide one of the most competitive unloading times in the industry. Aesthetically pleasing and artfully crafted in our New Brunswick factory, our BWS Live Bottom features standard red or black paint colour with light weight aluminum sheet siding. Each Live Bottom also includes standard front mounts for an optional tarp and a modular vapor proof Grote ultra blue electrical system. As with all our trailers, this model offers a variety of options and features for personalized application based on individual customer needs.
In addition to the advanced features mentioned above, we offer the most competitive warranty of any Northern American trailer manufacturer. Our Warranty Agreement for this particular model includes:
- 3 Year structural warranty
- 3 year PPG paint warranty
- 7 year Grote light system warranty – including the lens
- 6 year Haldex Platinum brake system warranty including valves, brake chambers and slack adjusters
With our Live Bottoms you can also be assured that the highest state and federal axle spacing available is utilized and that these models are S.P.I.F. compliant where appropriate. These are just some of the features that differentiate BWS from our competitors.
This exciting announcement precedes the debut of our first Live Bottom Trailer which will be shown at this year’s Truck World Show in Toronto, Ontario.
