Our Staff Spotlight for the month of April is an exciting one – we are celebrating the recent appointment of Shelley Holmes as our Internal Sales Manager! Previously acting as our Canadian Sales Representative, Shelley has worked at BWS for 17 years to date. She began her career here as a receptionist and moved into the parts room eventually: “being from a country background,” Shelley says, “a job came up in the Parts Department and I had decided this was the place for me, as I did learn a lot about trailers, their functionality and the parts that go into them.”
Feeling compelled to challenge herself, Shelley’s goal at that time was to become a member of the Sales Team. She has since achieved that goal and has worked in sales for 10 years now! Shelley maintains that her favorite part of working at BWS is the people, stating: “we are very close knit group and everyone works very well together as a team and a company. Everyone here works hard every day to see that all of our customers are satisfied in one form or another, whether it be for a new unit purchased, an existing unit that required parts or a customer looking for some information on our products.”
“What is unique about BWS is that we are committed to providing the best experience possible to our customers through customer surveys and the quality product that we put out every day,” Shelley says. In addition to those features, she enjoys the different staff events BWS provides, such as barbeques, special holiday dinners that show appreciation for the team’s hard work.
BWS truly appreciates the time Shelley has dedicated to this company over the past 17 years. Her experience shows that hard work, dedication and team spirit can go a long way!
