It’s the time of year again when we seem to spend much of our time reflecting on the past. Over this past year, we can certainly say that things have gone by quickly and we have accomplished many great things!
Today is our last day of work before Christmas break, so we wanted to take a moment to appreciate our staff! We even had a special guest – Santa himself. We love Christmas here at BWS and we celebrate by hosting a Christmas dinner each year. Our lovely cooks prepared a delicious meal as we visited and distributed service awards, prizes and gifts.
With an exciting end to our 50th year of business, we can look back on our achievements with pride: we successfully earned our ISO 9001:2015 certification, we were recognized by Work Safe NB for reaching over 900 days with no lost-time incidents, we launched a brand new website, and we have closed 14.5% higher production year to date than this time last year. These are all things we should be proud of!
With over 230 units scheduled in our production system and an additional 76 to be processed, we can look ahead to a busy 2018. We will come back from Christmas break to a 44-hour work week and lots to keep us busy.
In conclusion, we would just like to say ‘thank you’ to both our staff and our customers. We appreciate all the work you do for this company and the support you offer – we could never accomplish these things without your individual commitment.
